Mark Dahm,

Founder and Head Roaster

A chemical engineer from the Colorado School of Mines, Mark has worked in the environmental field since the mid 80’s. In his travels, he discovered good coffee in the Bay Area and later in Boulder, Colorado. Moving to Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where he and his family opened a coffee and bookstore, roasting coffee became an essential part of his business. He not only roasted to supply his own coffee shop, WolfTracks, but other coffee shops in Southwest Colorado as well. Even though the coffee shop closed in 2007, Mark’s passion for roasting continued, roasting for customers, friends, and to supply his own habit. Mark is a true “Coloradan” at heart and life style. With his family, GSP, and camper, he ventures across the USA to experience the outdoors with camping, hiking, fishing, biking, skiiing, and exploring old mining towns.
